| There are four administration
pages that contain basic site information. This information enables the
catalog to operate properly and provides important information display
throughout the site.
Basic
Site Information: This admin screen provides information used
throughout the site. Additionally the information is used to display the
"Contact Information" page for the site. The illustration
below shows the fields in this administration page.

All fields with an * are required fields.
- Store Name: This field is used through
out the catalog to identify the store. For example, it is used on
the Receipt page
- Telephone, Fax and Address are also
used throughout the store on pages such as the "contact
information" page and the "receipt" page.
- URL: This must be the fully qualified
URL of your site. For instance if your domain name is "mydomain.com"
the link would have to be "http://www.mydomain.com".
- Maximum days to maintain shopping
basket: LetMeShop's shopping basket is persistent. It will hold
items placed in the basket until the user returns to the site.
LetMeShop automatically deletes all shopping baskets that have been
in existence for more than the number of days entered in this field.
Two weeks (14 days) is generally acceptable.
- Image File Name: This field holds the
image name of any image you want to display on the receipt page.
- Email Addresses: You must enter an
email address in each of the address fields. They can be the same
email address.
Description:
This administration page allows you to enter information that will be
displayed in several sections of the site. See the illustration below.
- Store Introduction: HTML code can be
used in this field. The information you enter here shows up on the
home page of the site.
- Store Description: The information
entered here is used on the "Contact Information" page of
your catalog site.
- Site Privacy Statement: Every site
should have a privacy statement describing how information captured
on the site is used. You may want to contact your legal advisor for guidance.
- Email Instructions: This information
is displayed on your catalog opt-in email page. This is the page
your visitors use to opt-in or opt-out of your email program.

Set
Navigation Bars: This admin page allows you to automatically set
the features that will be available on your navigation bars.
- Show on Navbar: If this is checked the
feature will be shown.
- Left / Right Navbar: Choose which
navbar you want the feature to be displayed on.
- Position: Choose the position you want
the feature to display.

Set Admin
Users: LetMeShop allows you to set up multiple administration
users for the catalog site. Each user can be allowed permissions for
specific administration processes.
All fields with an * are required and you
must apply permissions for at least one process.
- Active: Check this box if the
administration account is active.
- Email Login: Check this box if you
want to automatically email the login to the user.
- View: Allows the user to look at the
information but they cannot change it.
- Add: Allows the user to add
information
- Edit: Allows the user to edit existing
information
- Delete: Allows the user to delete
existing information.
