LetMeShop E-commerce Affiliate Program

One very effective way to increase the number of visitors to your site is through the use of an affiliate program. LetMeShop gives you a very simple to use, effective, built-in marketing affiliate program management. This affiliate and advertising tracking and management program does a lot of the work for you but it will not replace good planning.

LetMeShop's affiliate / ad tracking program is multifunctional. It allows you to track sales and site registrations from any link that you control. For instance, if you are running a pay-per-click program you can customize the links to your site to include a tracking code to see how effective your pay-per-click campaign is. It also provides the basic infrastructure to set up and track affiliates including being able to publish banner, flash and java script links for the affiliates to use. It also allows your affiliates to automatically generate code that can add live product listings to their site. 

LetMeShop's Affiliate / Advertising Management Component

Tracking Online Advertising and Pay-Per-Click campaigns...As with any business your online e-commerce website is all about return on investment. LetMeShop's advertising management component allows you to track the success of each of your online advertising campaigns by the total sales generated from the campaign.

To track a specific campaign, first create a partner / affiliate record (Orders and Marketing Administration / Partners / Affiliates / Edit Partners/Affiliates / Add New Partner / Affiliate). Remember to create a partner / affiliate ID using only letters and numbers with no special characters or spaces. After you create the partner / affiliate record, you must add a query string to the end of the link used in your advertising campaign. The query string must be formatted properly... MPID=(Partner/Affiliate ID). The LetMeShop software tracks all sales based on the MPID associated with the customer. You can use the Partner / Affiliate Reports page to create a report on sales within a defined date range. This report will list all MPID codes and the associated total sales for that code.

Affiliate Program Management...This component also manages your affiliate / partner program. The component consists of:

• A password protected affiliate / partner portal which allows potential affiliates to register and, once approved, get approved links, banners, ads and product listing code.
• A password protected affiliate / partner report that allows each affiliate / partner to review sales by date range.
• An administration page for adding and managing text links, ads and banners that can be accessed by the partner.
• An automated email system that allows you to bulk email all approved affiliates.

The program provides everything you need to operate a successful affiliate / partner program through a very simple and easy to use interface.
