Abandoned Orders are shopping carts that have been abandoned
by the site visitor. The user shopped through your store, adding products to
their shopping basket but did not complete the order.
LetMeShop maintains these orders for a specified time. (See Site Information... Maximum number of days to maintain a shopping basket). The Clear Abandoned Orders link in the navigation bar is a manual link to delete these outdated shopping baskets if the automatic update is not completed when you log in to the site. There is no reason to use this link unless you receive a notification (message in yellow bar at the top of the opening page) when you login that the shopping basket maintenance was not completed.
