Administration of your LetMeShop catalog site

All administration of your LetMeShop catalog is accessed through the administration area. The administration area of your site is located by pointing your browser to:

http://www.yourdomain.com/_catalog

Logging in to your site:  The administration login uses two login processes. The first uses an encrypted Challenge / Response that allows Internet Exporer (5.5 or higher) to communicate with the server. Every administrator must have this login and password. The illustration below shows the secure login.

            
Enter your user name and password (domain is generally not required) and choose
the OK button. We don NOT suggest that you check the "Save this password 
in your password list" box.

Catalog User Login: This login is used to add specific individual administration privileges. LetMeShop allows you to set up as many administration accounts as you like. Each account can be assigned individual administration rights. For example, you can set up an account that only has access to administer the look and content of the site but cannot access the orders. This login allows the program to assign those specific permissions based on the account logging into the administration site. Below is an example of the administration login.


Once you have successfully logged into the site you will see this page. The administration program has two primary administration sections...Orders and Marketing Administration which includes navigation to all of the day to day administration processes and Site Setup and Design which includes links to all of the site design and configuration administration.
