RMA - Return Material Authorization Return Home 
LetMeShop's RMA process is not tied to orders placed only in the catalog. This allows you to use the RMA feature for any type of order...online, telephone or mail. To access the RMA feature you must add a link to your site to the RMA page ( /_store/RMA.asp ). 

RMA instructions are defined in the Site Setup and Design / Site Setup Information / Set Site RMA Text administration area.

Show New RMAs: This link shows all current (not completed) RMAs.

The customer name is a link to the information in the RMA.

Process Notes: This field is for internal use only.

Email Copy: The copy you enter here is appended to the email that is automatically sent to the RMA requester. This email notifies the user that the RMA has been approved or denied and appends the email copy entered here. This copy should include your instructions for returning the product (if approved) or a description of why the request was denied. The automatic email is sent immediately after you choose the Save RMA Request Information.

RMA Return Types: This administration page allows you to set up a customized list or RMA types (return reasons). 

To add an new return type enter the type in the blank text box and click the Save New RMA Type button. To change a RMA type make your changes in the appropriate text box and click the appropriate Save Changes button. To delete a type use the appropriate Delete button.

Search RMAs: This administration page allows you to search for existing processed and archived RMAs.
