Site Setup and Design

The Site Setup and Design administration section is available by clicking the Site Setup and Design link at the top of the administration page. This section is divided into five sub-sections (listed in the left navigation bar). Following is a list of all administration features available in the Site Setup and Design section:

  • Administration Users
    • Site Administration Users: This administration area allows you to manage multiple site administration users and to add, edit and delete specific administration permissions.
  • Shopping Setup
    • Shipping Methods: This section allows you to set up the shipping methods and shipping pricing methods for your catalog site.
    • Payment Types: Allows you to manage payment types (Invoice, Master Card, Visa, etc) for your site.
    • Tax Tables: Allows you to add state sales tax to your site.
  • Site Setup Information: These administration areas allow you to manage specific content areas and features for your site.
    • Basic Site Information: This area allows you to manage the basic required information (URL, email addresses, etc) for your site.
    • Edit Site Header: Allows you to change the information displayed at the top of each of your catalog pages.
    • Edit Site Footer: Allows you to change the information displayed at the bottom of each of your catalog pages.
    • Edit User Navigation 1: Edit User Navigation 2: Either or both user navigation sections can contain custom content that can be added to your site navigation bar(s).
    • Edit Receipt Header: The receipt header is displayed at the top of the Receipt page. This section allows you to manage that information.
    • Set Site Privacy Text: A Privacy Policy is required in many areas of the country and must include information on what you will do with the information you gather on the site. This administration section allows you to manage your privacy policy information.
    • Set Site RMA Text: If you plan to use the RMA process built into LetMeShop this section gives you access to the information the user will see on the RMA request page.
    • Set Site Affiliate Information: If you play to use the Affiliate Management Program built into LetMeShop this section will allow you access to the information that will be displayed on the Affiliate login page.
    • Set Site Feature Switches: This simple interface will allow you to manage which site features you want to use. It includes on/off switches for features and required feature settings.
    • Set Site Feature Text: Allows you to manage the text / messages associated with appropriate site features.
    • Set Site Instructions: These text values are used when presenting specific site pages. Some are instructions help the user navigate and others provide clarification that the customer successfully completed a specific action.
    • Set Site Auto Email Text: These values are text values used in the automated emails sent from the site to the user.
      Set Site Payment Gateway: This section allows you to set up your preferred payment gateway.
  • Site Design / Layout
    • Set Store Layout: Lets you choose a layout for your site.
    • Set navigation Bars: Lets you choose which navigation bar combination you will use and which features will be placed on each navigation bar.
  • Site Colors: This set of links will allow you to choose what each feature section will look like and how it will be structured. Including:
    • Basic Site Colors
    • Sale Item Ad
    • Specials Item Ad
    • New Items Ad
    • Featured Items Ad
    • Product Fast Find Layout
    • Category List Layout
    • Site Information Layout
    • User Wish List Layout
    • Item Featured List
    • Item Product List
