LetMeShop catalog software comes with a built in method of publishing information without adding HTML pages to your site. This is done through the Add/Update Links administration on the administration navigation bar under Info Links.

When you choose this link a list of all information links in your site will be displayed.

Adding/Editing a link - When you choose either Add Site Link or Edit an existing link you are presented with a page to enter information about your link.

Title - The title will be displayed differently based on the type of link you are adding. If the item is a store link, the title will be the HREF (link) to the information. If you are adding a product link the title will simply be displayed as the title.

Start Date - Enter the date you want the item to appear on the site. When displayed in the site, links are ordered with the newest start date first.

End Date - The last date the item will show on the site.

Information - This is the information that will be shown on the page. See the WYSIWYG Editor for information on how to use the editor.

Art File Name - For future use. Does not apply to current information types.

Item Type - Store Links are informational links that are displayed in the left navigation bar and are generally used to supply site information such as Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, etc.. Product Popup links are displayed in a pop up window.

URL / Auto Link URL - The use of this entry depends upon the type of link you are adding. (See Site Features and Creating Navigation Bars for more information)

Store Link - If you enter a URL in the URL field the software will create a link to that URL. If you don't enter a URL the Auto Link URL will be used to link to a catalog page that displays the information you entered in the information field. 

Pop Up Link - Neither the URL or the Auto Link URL is used with a Pop Up link. The link will have to be created manually. To create the link, use the Popup Link URL and change the link text (Your Link Text) to what ever you wish. When the link is clicked the program will automatically open a new window with the information you entered in the WYSIWYG editor.
