This administration section allows you to define several
text values used in the automatic emails sent by the catalog software. The following describes each
text value.

Registration Email Text... This information
is emailed to the user immediately after they "Register"
with the site. Most often used for promotional offers. No email is
sent if nothing is entered in this field. You should not use HTML
tags or double quotes (") in this text.

Login / Password Request Text... Sets the
text of the email message sent when a customer requests their login
and password. You should not use HTML tags or double quotes (")
in this text.

Order Confirmation Email Text... The copy in
this text field is emailed to your customer immediately after they
have placed an order. If you enter nothing here no email will be
sent. This is a text field. You should not use HTML tags
or double quotes (") in this text.

Order Canceled Email Text... The text entered
here is emailed to the customer when you cancel an order. This is a
text only field. You should not use HTML tags or double quotes
(") in this text.

Shipping Charge Update Email Text...This is
the default message sent if you update the shipping charge for an
order. The email is only sent if this field is not blank and you
enter a value in the text field available with the shipping update
form. You should not use HTML tags or double quotes (") in this
text.

Shipping Confirmation Email Text...If you
enter any copy in this field the program will automatically email
the user when you enter shipping information. If nothing is
entered‚ no email will be sent. This is a text field. You should
not use HTML tags or double quotes (") in this text.
